Everything about it is good. As it is easy to use that even a newbie can get a hang of it pretty quickly And the think I like a lot about it is that it is straight to the point.

Pros
There is more than one way to get the job done so we can choose the method that works best for us.
Cons
It takes too many steps to finish a single task which makes the process feel slow and complicated. Also it is not very flexible, so it' is hard to make quick changes when needed.

“Good for manufacturers in midmarket
Pros
Epicor CRM is a powerful and mature ERP system that keeps evolving which I like about it. Plus its core functions and structure are solid, the included modules are strong and it has a growing framework for customization and scalability.
Cons
Over the years many features have been added, some through acquisitions but not all of them are well done or at the same feature level. Plus the new UI still feels like it is in Beta although all new features are built for it. Also I noticed the support internally is lacking but the consulting and user communities help fill the gap somewhat.

“Works but needs a lot of improvements
Pros
Being able to follow each part through every step of the process is proven pretty useful for us and Epicor's shortcuts make everything faster and easier to manage.
Cons
One thing I find difficult is using the transaction history.

“Not suitable for manufacturing in Mexico
Pros
It has great features, the MRP sounds great and compared to the big players, I find the cost reasonable especially if you are anticipating growth.
Cons
We were told it was up to us to make the system work but with our complex production processes, the consultant they assigned had no idea how to handle our needs. When we turned to Epicor Mexico for support, they could not fix the issue either. In the end we were stuck with a problem and a wasted investment. We had to look for solutions on our own and fix things without their help. And it is really disappointing that a major American company with such a well known software could leave us hanging like that. Maybe it works for other industries but for manufacturing especially with how things are handled in Mexico buying this software was a big mistake.

“Pretty nice
Pros
We are able to get more work done even with a smaller team. Overall it saves us time and money.
Cons
Well we face challenges with scheduling complexities and the reporting tools are quite limited.
