Pros
I've been really impressed with how affordable this CRM solution is especially considering all the functionality you get. The interface is interactive and doesn't require any training which made onboarding my team much smoother than expected. What stands out most is how it genuinely helps streamline our sales processes while keeping customers happy and it's been a game changer for our business growth.
Cons
The customer support could be way better and honestly the pricing feels pretty steep for what you get. The interface is more complicated than it needs to be and I find myself getting lost in menus sometimes. There are some missing features I'd expect from a CRM at this price point and getting it to work smoothly with our other systems has been a real headache.

“Excellent CRM for Managing Clients
Pros
I appreciate how it brings together customer management, revenue management and order management all in one place. It's been really helpful for our organization since we can handle everything with just a single click which saves us tons of time.
