“Outlook users will love this CRM
Pros

Cons
Well I have not found any downsides. Everything works smoothly for me and I have not run into any issues so far.

“Easy to use tool
Pros
Connecting emails to projects is simple and I use it a lot for calling. Plus it is great because I no longer need to store all my contacts in my smartphone.
Cons
Like other systems it is only as good as the data you put into it. Duplication is an issue we face. Also a warning that a similar contact already exists could be helpful.

“Their support is invaluable
Pros
Customer support is always fast and helpful. Also the tool is flexible and can be easily customized to fit our needs though it does have some limitations. You can easily link emails to CRM records using basic logic. eWay-CRM is constantly evolving adding new features to better support us.
Cons
The new user interface has many benefits but a major drawback is that you cannot view tabs alongside the main project/deal information on the first page. This makes it harder for us to navigate quickly when managing multiple projects or deals throughout the day.

“Good tool
Pros
I like how we handle tasks as it's become our internal standard. However I would probably make some improvements to the process steps within individual projects.
Cons
Filtering is an issue for me but that's my fault for forgetting to turn off the last filter.

“Top-tier tool
Pros
It has some great features which include seamless Outlook integration, clear information, smooth connections between sub-modules, user-friendliness, easy online management and excellent customer support.
Cons
The switch to the online environment means the desktop version of it will no longer be available and Outlook and eWay will be separate in the online version which I did not like.

“Good but improvements are needed
Pros
I can track the number of hours spent on a specific client each month. Also I like how I can use the tabulator to easily move from field to field.
Cons
When I enter hours and minutes they tend to overwrite the time and it is not set properly. I also cannot check how many days or hours I was not working like vacation or doctor appointments.

“Happy with it
Pros
The thing I like the most is that I get a summary of my productivity daily, weekly and monthly. I can also review each client and go back to complete my report whenever needed.
Cons
It does not work on another PC at home. I followed the installation instructions but it still does not work.

“Reliable CRM
Pros
The Outlook integration is excellent and the simple layout and fast speed are a great bonus. I also love that there is a web version available for added convenience.
Cons
New visual design is not the besta so we are sticking with the old one. Additionally the way it handles leads and opportunities is not as easy as other CRM systems.

“Close to perfection
Pros
I am satisfied with it overall rating it 8/10. And it is connected to Outlook which is great for daily use.
Cons
There is some lag but it is not too bad as it happens only when opening certain forms.

“Ideal for regular use
Pros
eWay-CRM interface is simple, user friendly and fast making it perfect for daily use. Overall I really like it.
Cons
The new skin of the software is nice but I noticed that the graphics take up more space which leaves less room for information. But the good thing is that there is an option to use the old interface.

“Easy to customize
Pros
There are so many good things about it but the key strengths include clear data tracking, customizable processes and interfaces, an organized management environment and seamless integration with Outlook.
Cons
Training new employees is more challenging and I wonder if a different system could make it easier.

“Not happy with the service
Pros
The English and Czech versions along with the seamless Outlook integration works the best. But that is about it as nothing else is special about it.
Cons
It does not sync in real-time, is slow and does not track invoices within the selected project time frame. Support is also slow and the quote performance disappoints me a lot.

“Comprehensive solution
Pros
Managing emails, storing them and assigning projects to designers is very easy now. Also it helps us with attendance tracking, storing contacts and keeping everything organized in one place.
Cons
I cannot think of anything major to complain about yet. For the way we use CRM its functions are great. Though I do miss the ability to generate meeting minutes from the diary function like converting them to a Word format.

“Tool that simplifies daily office tasks
Pros
I love how I can filter tasks, quickly search for things and jot down notes for individual customers.
Cons
When I enter a new customer and try to check if they are already saved, it does not show up so I have to close it and reopen it to see the new customer.

“Perfect BCM Alternative Found
Pros
I've been using this for 3 years after migrating from Microsoft's BCM when they discontinued it. The transition was incredibly smooth with minimal learning curve, they even migrated all our existing client records easily. The Outlook and Microsoft 365 integration works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile, making daily use effortless. Our sales team relies on it constantly and the customer support team is always quick to help when needed.
Cons
It doesn't let you save sent emails without their attachments, so we end up having to use a third-party tool to strip them out first before saving anything and it's an annoying extra step that shouldn't be necessary.

“Absolutely love this tool
Pros
It has been my top choice for quite a while and the new AI features have really streamlined how I create tasks and manage email communication. The flexibility remains a huge plus. I can pull up the database from anywhere. The Kanban view is something I rely on heavily for tracking open projects and tasks. I've also begun exploring the marketing module, which looks promising. Overall I'm really happy with how everything works together.
Cons
The mobile app can be veryslow when I'm scrolling through records and they take forever to load sometimes. Apart from that issue though, everything else runs smoothly.

“Costly software with persistent problems
Pros
The Outlook integration works really well for me. However, I find the email features and sequencing functionality to be awful back in spring 2023 and it was confusing and hard to use.
Cons
The email and sequencing features were absolutely awful back in spring 2023. Even after multiple support calls, I find it confusing and hard to use. so, definitely not user-friendly for anyone without technical experience. Support mentioned it was outsourced which explained alot.

“Standout CRM choice
Pros
I switched from Dynamics CRM recently and found the learning curve surprisingly gentle. Basic functions are simple enough that I didn't need much training to get started. The Outlook and Excel integration works really well too.
Cons
The add-on really drags down Outlook's startup time which gets frustrating when your trying to get work done quickly. Updates are also more complicated than they should be.
