Makes tracking applicants way easier

Pros

It really helped me get my candidate search organized and way more efficient. I can track every step of the selection process with each candidate and keep everything under control without missing anything important. What I love most is how smart the system is and it helps me break down each resume so I can spot the best-fit candidates based on the criteria I need.

Cons

From my experience using it, I honestly haven't run into any issues or complications. Nothing about it has annoyed me which is pretty rare with software. It's been a smooth ride so far.

Easy-going and user-friendly software

Pros

What I liked most about this tool is how easy it is to use. It made things super simple and being able to text candidates straight from the app was a total game-changer.

Cons

What I liked the least is that it can get pretty slow and buggy at times. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it gets frustrating.

Easy to use and fits how I work

Pros

Setting up Exelare was very simple and using it is even easier. The best part is that the database is really flexible and can grow along with your needs. That's something I really appreciate.

Cons

One thing I didn't love is that it doesn't come with any pre-filled suggestions for prospective clients. You've got to build that list yourself, which can be time-consuming.

Too outdated to be useful these days

Pros

If I'm being honest, the idea behind Exelare isn't bad and it actually seems useful on paper. The UI even looks kinda modern at first. But that's pretty much where the good stuff stops. It just doesn't run as smoothly as it should.

Cons

I've had a rough time with this software. It's very buggy and slow and honestly, it feels like something built way back in the early 2000s. It crashes all the time, the user experience is terrible and trying to get help from customer support is a joke and they're either not helpful or just not there. For the price, it's just not worth it. There are way better tools out there that don't make you want to pull your hair out.

Global tool that needs skilled hands

Pros

The program is just as easy and flexible as some of the other ones I've tried. It doesn't take much to get the hang of it.

Cons

From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to be available globally. I think it's limited to certain regions which makes it less accessible for us.

Works well for growing staffing firms

Pros

I like that I can post jobs, import and export candidate profiles, keep track of who applied, sort through applications, schedule interviews, leave notes and follow up with updates all the way until the person is hired. It really covers the whole process.

Cons

The product is actually good and it gets the job done. But I really feel like there's still room for improvement. A few updates here and there could make a big difference.

My experience with exelare

Pros

This tool has saved us so much time at the office. Because of that, we're able to focus on other tasks that actually need more of our attention.

Cons

I think it's a bit on the pricey side. For a small business like ours, the cost is kind of high and hard to keep up with over time.

Best tool out there for recruiters

Pros

What makes Exelare awesome is how easy it is to use and I love that I can customize every tab to look and work the way we prefer. We even made some fields required so our consultants can't skip out on filling in the important stuff. That little trick has helped make sure we always capture the basics.

Cons

I wasn't too happy with the mobile app interface. It feels kinda clunky and doesn't really offer a smooth, usable solution when I'm on the go.

All-in-one Exelare experience

Pros

I really like how customizable the ATS and CRM are. You can tweak things based on what you need. Plus, adding outside candidates into the ATS is super easy and convenient.

Cons

There's a lot of room to improve when it comes to the downtime and the overall user interface. It's not the worst but it definitely needs a major upgrade.

Really helpful and responsive support

Pros

What stands out most for me is how customizable everything is and not just for the whole organization but for each individual user too. The customer support team is fantastic. It's so nice being able to schedule a call quickly, share your screen and either get help fixing an issue or learn something new right on the spot.

Cons

Getting used to a new system is always challenging but I've got to say, they really make the transition easier. They've done a solid job helping me settle into using it without too much of a learning curve.
