“Best solution for gaming industry
Pros
The timing for sending out communications is spot-on and the dashboards give me exactly what I need to see. I really appreciate how simple it is to segment within fasttrack which makes targeting so much easier. Our Account Manager Anshuman has been fantastic too, always available whenever we reach out for help.
Cons
The time zone thing is really limiting, how am I supposed to schedule communications for Brazil or Chile when everything's stuck in UTC? There's no cloning option either which would save so much time. Also, why can't the dashboards show the newest stuff on top by default? It's a small thing but annoying when you're checking updates frequently.

“Excellent CRM with outstanding support
Pros
The interface feels really smooth and easy to get around which makes working with my team so much simpler. I'm impressed by how many ways we can tweak and fine-tune our outreach and it lets us really customize our messaging for better results. What I also appreciate is having account managers who actually respond quickly when we need help. Their knowledge and fast support have definitely made our projects run more smoothly.
Cons
The main issue I have is that it only shows time in UTC format. Since our team works across multiple time zones, we constantly have to do manual calculations to convert everything to our clients' local times which gets pretty tedious.

Pros
The automation features really shine here especially for building customer communications throughout the entire project lifecycle. The retention opportunities are extensive and I appreciate how you can create narrow, real-time segmentation. Multi-channel marketing communications work smoothly and the analytics capabilities are quite advanced. The development team continuously improves the platform and their specialists are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons
The campaign launch process feels overly complicated with too many steps involved. However, I do appreciate that they actually listen to our feedback and implement our suggestions.

“Amazing gaming CRM
Pros
I like having access to real time data and being able to act on it immediately. The integration process was smooth and the interface is easy to understand. The email templating system works well with custom variables and the onboarding experience plus ongoing support have been excellent.
Cons
I've run into some frustrating limitations that don't make much sense. For instance, I can't use pre-created triggers as custom triggers within lifecycles, seems like an obvious feature that should work. Also annoying is that I can only save reports if they're part of a dashboard. It would be really helpful to save simple reports I create in explore mode, since sometimes I start just messing around and end up with something really valuable that I want to keep.

“Top CRM with Great Potential
Pros
I love how you can build complete lifecycles that handle all the communication for whatever promotions you're running. The bonus engine feature is really useful and there are tons of options when it comes to reactivation and retention campaigns. You get multiple events and filters to work with which gives you flexibility. The reporting happens in real time which is great for staying on top of things. Being able to create that 1:1 personalized experience is a huge plus and the fail-safe mechanism gives me peace of mind that things wont break.
Cons
The time zone options are very limited since it only supports UTC. It would be great to have CET available too.

“My experience with Fasttrack
Pros
I really value the partnership we've built with their team. The software itself is rock-solid and includes everything you'd want from a CRM, but honestly, it's the service that makes them shine. Our dedicated account and technical managers genuinely care about understanding what we're trying to achieve, and they're always suggesting new features that could help us succeed.
Cons
Setting it up with our complex backend has been tricky so we've had to work around the system quite a bit to fit our workflow which means new features take longer for us to actually use.
