“Essential tool for Over burdened managers
Pros
I really appreciate how customizable this software is and it makes everything simple and helps me stay on top of my daily tasks without any trouble.
Cons
I couldn't set it up on my own and had to bring in someone from IT to help with the installation

“Good features and great potential
Pros
It has a decent interface, though it definitely needs some work. I appreciate the features it offers and I can see real potential for this to become something much more impressive and widely adopted.
Cons
The missing functionality and restricted customization choices create real problems. The interface feels awkward and isnt very user-friendly.

Pros
I can easily set up tasks, schedule activities and keep track of how everything's performing. The email integration feature is really handy and it syncs all my emails with customer records automatically, making communication much smoother and more organized.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the user interface, i feel it could use some improvement to make it look more polished.

I like how simple and straightforward this CRM is to work with. The interface feels easy right from the start which made the learning curve practically nonexistent for our team. Even colleagues who aren't particularly tech-savvy picked it up quickly without much training. The clean design doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features, making daily tasks feel efficient rather than complicated.
Cons
It could really use more integration options for businesses to connect their existing tools.
