“Efficient Operations Management Tool

Pros

I like how this tool handles automation and it takes care of all those repetitive tasks that used to eat up so much time. The workflow features are solid and help keep everything running smoothly, plus the follow up reminders ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This automation has definitely boosted our productivity.

Cons

The mobile version works fine but it's missing several features that are available on the desktop. I'd love to see them improve the mobile app so I can get more done when I'm away from my computer.
