“Avg but user friendly!”
Pros
The interface feels much cleaner and more smooth, Connecting with third-party tools like Excel and Facebook is really easy , no headaches there. What I love most is how it handles customer contact across multiple channels easily.
Cons
The cost can get pretty high, if you're using it heavily but it's reasonable for lighter usage.

Pros
Logging in is incredibly easy and I'm constantly impressed by how user-friendly everything feels. The phone support team has been fantastic and they keep getting better each week and knowing there's always someone available around the clock to help with any problems gives me real peace of mind.
Cons
Nothing comes to my mind , everything functions as expected and I haven't encountered any real issues worth mentioning.
