Simple tool that works well

Pros

I really appreciate how easy the interface is for our agents and it's perfect when you have a large team to manage.

Cons

I wouldn't call this a complete one stop solution since there are several features I'm hoping to see that aren't currently planned for development.

Avg but user friendly!

Pros

The interface feels much cleaner and more smooth, Connecting with third-party tools like Excel and Facebook is really easy , no headaches there. What I love most is how it handles customer contact across multiple channels easily.

Cons

The cost can get pretty high, if you're using it heavily but it's reasonable for lighter usage.
