“Supercharged Sales Training Tool
Pros
The visual branding really caught my eye when I was CRM shopping and it's quite unique and unusual. We're still in the testing phase but paying for the subscription already because it's working so well. The enrichment function is absolutely gold.
Cons
I'll need to use this longer before I can really comment on the downsides. Might update my thoughts later.

Pros

Pros
I like how lightweight this feels compared to other CRMs that bog you down with unnecessary features. The interface is user friendly and doesn't require a time to get productive. For small teams or solo operations like mine, the pricing makes perfect sense without breaking the budget.
Cons
I wish there were more sender domains available since the current selection feels pretty restrictive. The interface could definitely use more customization options and I'd love to tweak the UI/UX to better fit our workflow. Also, the Groups functionality needs some work, it's pretty basic right now and could be way more sophisticated for what we need.

“Amazing software I can't stop using

The interface is incredibly simple and visually appealing and everything flows naturally without feeling overwhelming. Unlike other solutions I've tried that were clunky and overly complicated, this one actually delivers on its promises without unnecessary restrictions. The functionality is robust yet simple, making it perfect for our requirements. Customer support is exceptional too. I rely on it daily and honestly can't imagine switching to anything else.
Cons
The lack of birthday date reminders is something I'd love to see added.

“Very user friendly tool
Pros
I can see Folk was designed with real thought behind it especially when it comes to keeping things simple. Most CRMs throw way too much at you and feel overwhelming. This one gives you what you actually need without cluttering up the interface.
Cons
The lack of a mobile app is really frustrating since I'm always on the go and their customer support through the website chat has been pretty unresponsive and still waiting for someone to get back to me.
