Top CRM for real estate

Pros

This CRM has completely changed how I handle my real estate business. The interface feels like it was built specifically for agents, clean, focused and no unnecessary features cluttering things up. What really impressed me is the automation side of things. Lead distribution happens automatically and I never miss follow-ups thanks to the reminder system. It keeps my entire pipeline flowing smoothly without me having to micromanage every detail. The integrations with tools like Mailchimp and Google are smooth which means it fits right into my existing workflow. Managing leads and team communication has become so much more efficient since I started using this platform.

Cons

The pricing can be steep especially for smaller teams or solo agent and there are definitely more budget friendly alternatives out there. I've also noticed customer support responses have gotten slower lately, probably because they're growing so fast and taking on tons of new clients. Still, if your serious about scaling your business, the value justifies the cost.

Easy Lead Management Tool

Pros

I really like how it helps me organize leads and the custom features make it easy to view my current clients and prospects.

Cons

Some client information doesn't sync properly between different sections and data entered in one area wont automatically populate in others which creates extra work.

Essential tool!

Pros

I find it incredibly user-friendly and the customer support team is both professional and genuinely helpful. There are tons of features available but what really stands out to me is the automation capabilities especially the email series you can send to leads. You just create your email templates, add them to an action plan, set up a trigger in the lead flow and your all set.

Cons

I'm not entirely sure but I believe there downside has to do with emails landing in spam folders.

Real Estate CRM Champion!

Pros

I'm impressed with how easily this connects to my website. The interface is really clean and friendly which make it easy to stay on top of client and prospect follow-ups. The automations are fantastic and the AI features really enhance the whole experience and it's just incredible!

Cons

Getting help when you need it can be frustrating since live support isn't easy to reach. As someone still learning the system, I'd really appreciate quicker responses to my questions, though luckily I haven't run into any major issues yet.

Comprehensive business enhancement software

Pros

The interface is really interactive and whenever I have questions, their support team gets back to me quickly through phone or email. Having a dedicated account manager is a nice touch too. What I love most is how they create personalized video walkthroughs using my actual account data and makes learning so much easier. The smart lists feature is a game changer for staying organized, and the community aspect is amazing. Top performers are always sharing their strategies and the moderators will even tag the right person to help you out.

Cons

The merge with a larger brokerage this year meant giving up our account and importing into theirs. what a nightmare that transition was. We ended up with shared contacts between our agents and the existing brokerage agents, so everyone could see each other's information. I don't think many people have gone through this kind of situation before, though Paige Orlando was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and could provide more specifics if you need them.

Reliable & quick aupport

Pros

The transparency with their update board is incredible and I can see how many others want the same changes and where it sits in the development queue. This kind of openness really builds trust between our team and the developers. Navigation is easy and our whole team enjoys using it daily. Customer support is absolutely outstanding! Honestly I couldn't do my job without this tool.

Unbeatable CRM Solution

Pros

I've been using this CRM since 2014 and honestly can't picture switching to anything else. The customer service is outstanding, and the support team really knows their stuff! What I appreciate most is how they actually listen to feedback and make improvements based on what agents need. It genuinely feels like a platform designed by people who understand the business.

Cons

Nothing really bothers me about this platform and I honestly can't think of any major complaints.

Excellent CRM with great features

Pros

The lead conversion rates I'm seeing are incredible and honestly, I haven't found another CRM that comes close to this level of performance. The amount of resources and support available is impressive and there's always something helpful when I need it.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are pretty limited which means we end up paying extra for MaverickRE to get the data we need. Also the mobile app could definitly be more simple and it's not the most user-friendly experience.

Better Boss Management Features

Amazing functionality with outstanding support

Pros

The interface feels natural to use and it packs all the power I need as an agent. Every feature seems built with agents in mind and you can really tell this was designed specifically for our workflow.

Cons

The only downside is that there really isn't much to complain about. any problems I've encountered get fixed very fast.
