Quick SLA Management Solution

Pros

I appreciate being able to configure the SLAs exactly how we need them and once they're set up, the time requirements are locked in so we know exactly what we need to meet.

Cons

Some quality of life features aren't included in the SLA agreements which is frustrating. For instance, if we have an open ticket over the weekend, the timer keeps running and we'll miss our SLA if it sits there too long.

Efficient tool so far

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to use. Having everything consolidated in one place makes my workflow so much smoother. Being able to pull up customer accounts during live calls without switching between systems is a huge time-saver. The ticket services are also a nice touch for managing support requests.

Cons

I'm not sure if others experience this but I can't complete outcome calls - though outbound tickets work fine. The system also crashes occasionally which is frustrating.

Excellent management solution

Pros

It's very versatile and handles whatever requirements I throw at it. The user friendly interface makes managing multiple tasks feel easy and I can accomplish everything I need without jumping between different platforms.

Cons

I think the only downside is the pricing which might be steep for some users. Depending on your specific needs and budget, it could be a dealbreaker when compared to similar systems out there.

Excellent dealership software choice

Pros

The interface is very interactive and user friendly. I love how it serves as a central hub where I can connect all my other tools smoothly. Being able to handle phone calls, emails and live chat conversations with customers all in one place has been a game-changer for my workflow.

Cons

The app can be frustratingly slow when loading data which gets annoying pretty quickly. It also has a tendency to break down occasionally which disrupts workflow.

Pros

The interface is very interactive and packed with useful built-in features. What I love most is how smooth everything is even someone without technical experience could jump right in and start using it effectively without any trouble.

Cons

Pros

I'm impressed with this cloud-based platform as a comprehensive solution for business needs. What really stands out is how many features are built right in, which means fewer third-party integrations and less vendor fees. The scalability looks solid and seems like it could work well for small startups all the way up to larger enterprises. Whether you need just a handful of features or want to use everything, the functionality is there. The automation capabilities are fantastic for both simple workflows and complex processes which saves me tons of time. Plus, having a free trial and free version available makes it budget friendly for companies watching their expenses.

Cons

I haven't encountered any real problems during my time with it. Since I'm still relatively new to using this software, I can't point to any significant issues that need addressing. Everything I've experienced so far has been pretty smooth which speaks well for how thoughtfully the company designed this solution.

Solid data collection software

Pros

I work as a marketing analyst and this platform really helps me keep all customer information organized in one central location. The interface is user friendly. It's made my business operations much more efficient for completing daily tasks.

Cons

The pricing is very steep compared to other options out there. The constant updates are frustrating because they tend to break things frequently which impacts both our team and our clients.

Amazing support & functionality

Pros

I like having all customer information centralized in one organized system that's incredibly easy to use. The regular updates are fantastic whenever the development team spots something that needs improvement, they're quick to address it without me having to worry about it.

Cons

What frustrates me most is how often this thing breaks down despite getting updated all the time. When it crashes, it doesn't just affect us and our clients get hit too which is really embarassing.

My go to tool!

Pros

Managing affiliate relationships has become incredibly smooth since we made the switch. The visibility I get from both advertiser and affiliate perspectives is outstanding and I can't say enough good things about how responsive the support team is.

Cons

It currently doesn't have the revenue sharing payout functionality.

Streamlined support with major improvements

Pros

Before switching to this platform, we were drowning in Excel sheets and scattered internal messages trying to track support requests and it was a complete mess. Now tickets get created automatically when clients email us, so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone gets a response. The canned responses feature has been a game-changer for our team. We can quickly send out common solutions and checks which makes our support much more efficient. Our client feedback has stayed excellent since implementing this system. The Knowledge Base has become our secret weapon. Users absolutely love it and we can easily build sections with text, images and videos that really help people learn faster. Since our products are always evolving, being able to update content on the fly has been crucial. The search function is incredibly smart and it doesn't just find what users are looking for but suggests related content they didn't even know they needed.

Cons

There's so many features available that I haven't explored yet and I'm missing out on functionality that could probably help me more.
