More powerful than Excel

Pros

It's perfect for situations where Excel doesn't have all the features you need but other packaged systems are too rigid. It feels like you can create systems however you want.

Cons

I can't really think of anything that needs improvement.

Easy to use

Pros

It's very easy to set up a database and it gives you a lot of flexibility. If you already know a bit about databases, it is really simple to use. I just wish it was developed more for people with some knowledge, rather than beginners.

Cons

Right now, we export the table, set a flag in Excel, update the date and import everything back in at once. It would be awesome if we could just do an update (or insert) directly on FullFree.

Must have tool for phone answering

Pros

Even staff who aren't that experienced can confidently answer calls and pull up customer info right from the register. It's that easy.

Cons

I'm using it without any complaints. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice if the price could be a little lower especially for the initial cost of adding a second unit and so on.

Create a budget-friendly CTI system

Pros

For just one upfront payment of 8,800 yen, you can set up a CTI system that tells you who's calling. It's totally worth it.

Cons

My phone and computer are pretty far apart, so I use the DS-700 for a wireless connection. But FullFree starts up before Aloha ND6 connects, causing a connection error and I have to manually reconnect each time I start my computer. A feature to automatically reconnect or delay the start would be helpful.

Amazing app!

Pros

This CTI system is really affordable. Unlike other apps that need a subscription with monthly fees, this one is perfect for a small company like mine. It's been very helpful, big thanks for developing it.

Cons

I only use a few functions, so the current features are enough for me. I don't really see any areas that need improvement.

Totally free & super simple to use

Pros

You can use it on multiple computers and the setup is quick and easy. Plus, some features are available for free which is a nice bonus.

Cons

It would be great if there was a smartphone app (iOS) to check customer info on the go. Also, I understand the need for the FullFree PRO version for over 3,000 records but it would be nice if there was a better deal or discount when using the software on multiple computers (I'm not asking for it to be free but a discount would be great).

No prior knowledge needed to use it!

Pros

When I was thinking about adding the CTI function, it was so helpful that it could easily be added to our existing system with just a small unit and line setup. Plus, the higher software versions are affordable with just one payment. You can use the demo data as a starting point for the database, or just use it as-is. It's highly customizable and even if you don't know how to program, you can still build the database of your dreams. It's so simple and even if you don't know the functions, AI like chat GTP can help. I'm really happy with how I was able to set up my company's processes.

Cons

Initially when i wanted to certain things, there wasn't much info beyond the demo data like reviews or ideas from other users on how to set up the database. It made it hard to figure out the ideal function through trial and error. It would be awesome if there was a community where users could share their ideas and discuss their database setups. That would be super helpful.

Most affordable software

Pros

If you have someone with IT experience, you can do it pretty easily. Even if you're not sure what you're doing, you can check out the usage page and figure out how to do pretty much anything you want. Plus, it's really customizable, so you can create a database that does more than just CTI and it can handle anything else your business needs.

Cons

The only way to contact them is by email, so there's no phone support. There were times when I really wanted to ask something over the phone but I understand given the price of the product.
