“Excellent software
Pros
I've been working with this platform for several years at my organization and it's been fantastic. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, plus they're constantly rolling out new features based on what users actually need. What really stands out is how flexible and accommodating our account management team has been and they really go above and beyond to work with us.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding a feature that lets us pass a percentage of the invoice total to customers when they pay with credit cards. We're actually losing quite money since this functionality isn't available right now.

Pros
Their hands on approach lets us stay focused on what matters most, our members. The system is simple to use and whenever we run into issues or need adjustments, the team is incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend this to colleagues without hesitation.
Cons
I haven't really run into any problems that the support team couldn't sort out pretty fast.

Pros
It's really interactive to pick up and I was running things smoothly within just a few days of getting it. The training helped but honestly I felt confident taking over right away. I use it for handling memberships and registration tasks, plus it's great for member follow ups and organizing larger events. Customer support has been fantastic and they respond fast whenever I reach out with questions. I Love how it tracks finances and connects seamlessly with my other apps.
Cons
The only downside is that there really isn't much to complain about and maybe just minor interface tweaks here and there but honestly thats being picky.

“Great membership management solution
Pros
I love how members can access everything right from there phones through the app. The interface reminds me of LinkedIn which makes it familiar and easy to navigate. Regular updates keep bringing new features that actually improve the experience. Implementation was simple and uploading everything went smoothly without any major hiccups. The training materials are really helpful especially the videos and booklets, plus the AI feature gives quick answers when I'm stuck. Having local customer support makes a huge difference and the regular update meetings keep us in the loop about whats coming next.
Cons
We'd love to see more features that streamline our specific workflows. The initial integration with our accounting software was pretty challenging and took longer than expected.

I appreciate having everything in one place and this CRM handles all our membership needs without jumping between different systems. For organizations like ours, its pretty convenient to manage everything from a single platform.
Cons
The design elements for the website component and email campaigns feel pretty basic. You get the fundamentals covered but there's definitely a lack of customization and creative flexibility compared to what other platforms provide.

Pros
It's incredibly user friendly and packed with everything associations need for daily operations, community engagement and member recruitment. I really appreciate the comprehensive dashboards and having all our engagement data centralized in one platform gives me a complete view of our entire membership base.
Cons
I can't really think of any major downsides compared to other association management systems we've looked at, this one comes out on top for our needs.

“Amazing customer support
Pros
It has really hit our main goals and boosting member engagement and giving us solid data for planning ahead. Their customer support team is fantastic and always gets back to us quickly. We're using it every day now and our members love how simple it makes signing up for events and staying in the loop. The event setup features are great and those campaign tools have been a game-changer, they're saving me at least 30 minutes each week since they're so simple to use.
Cons
There are a few small tweaks I'd suggest and I'll share those with the team but honestly nothing that creates any real problems for me.
