Groweon CRM is very easy to use and well organized. It helps us manage leads, customer data, and follow-ups in one place, which saves a lot of time. The dashboard and reports are clear, making it easy to track sales performance. Another great advantage is the mobile access, so our team can update data anytime and from anywhere. Overall, it improved our team coordination and sales management efficiency.

Cons

Some advanced features can take a little time to understand at the beginning, especially for new users. Also, more customization options and additional integrations could make the platform even better. However, the overall experience is smooth and the system works well for daily CRM needs.

The most helpful for using CRM is I can manage all my leads in one platform in very helpful I can see all the work of my team in my dashboard I don't need to ask for the report in the end of the evening

Cons

There is nothing least in the CRM I just only wanted that I need more feature in the app so it will give me I am it will more useful for me so please add more option in the phone app

Cons

Groweon is built for speed and SMB efficiency. For a massive multinational corporation with 10,000+ users and highly layered approval hierarchies, it can feel too lean. The Issue: It lacks the extreme "infinite customization" that allows you to change the very DNA of the software, which is something huge enterprises often demand.

Groweon is a very efficient and affordable choice!

Pros

Moving to Groweon felt like a massive upgrade because I finally stopped losing leads in spreadsheets; their WhatsApp automation handles my follow-ups while I sleep. The onboarding was so fast that my entire team was actually using the system and closing deals by the very same afternoon.

Cons

Honestly, the system is so rigorous about tracking follow-ups that there's nowhere for a lazy salesperson to hide anymore. AI features awaited!
