Pros
This program is the easiest to use and truly dummy-proof. What stands out most about Gymdesk is their incredible customer service. Everyone is super helpful.
Cons
Honestly I have nothing to complain about. Okay, this review might seem silly but I genuinely have not found anything I dislike, so it is hard to write more.

“Amazing value paired with excellent service
Pros
The onboarding process and live support were excellent. I was genuinely impressed by everyone I dealt with and appreciated how open the company was to my feedback. Plus there are no implementation fees or contracts, which makes it even better.
Cons
This platform can feel a bit restrictive. It would be great if there were more flexibility in configurations and customizations.

Tracking attendance and signing up new members at my BJJ academy has never been easier. All the students love the app and checking into class is completely seamless.
Cons
It would be helpful to have the option to add videos to content exclusively for members.

“It's the BEST!
Pros
We just opened our academy and had a lot going on, especially with moving interstate. Gymdesk came highly recommended by a few other gyms while I was exploring different software options. After doing some research, I really loved the features it offered. The platform is simple and incredibly easy to use, which has made my admin tasks so much simpler. Best of all, whenever I have questions, I just email the team and get a super helpful response within 24 hours.
Cons
Only Stripe supports bank transfer payments right now, which feels limiting.

Pros
Overall, GymDesk is really simple software with great potential. I have tried many gym CRMs, and none have met all my needs. This is definitely in my top five. The best part is the member management, especially since we have multiple age groups, programs and rankings. We can customize rank and program requirements and link those to belt testing and grading. The member profile management is thorough, contract setup is simple and the interface is easy to navigate. Plus, customer service is friendly and responds quickly.
Cons
Reporting features are very limited and sometimes unclear. Event management also needs improvement.

This program is so easy to use and simple to work with. Switching from Glofox to Gymdesk was the best decision for my gym and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros
It took me just two days to fully set up Gymdesk for my new gym. As I grew and needed to adjust things, I could easily make changes from either the computer or the app within minutes. When I had a question about merging clients, their team was super responsive and gave clear instructions.
Cons
Liked everything about it and have not experienced any issues.

Pros
Gymdesk is a simple, easy to use platform with no crashes, lag or interruptions between clients and the gym. I underestimated this software at first, but it is definitely worth the price.
Cons
We are using our own website portal, which adds extra costs for us and I have not had enough time to fully explore the provided website yet.

Such a user-friendly tool and it offers exactly what I need without any complications.
Cons
It would be great to have a texting platform accessible from a phone app for business use, plus a general business management app. Also the ability to create personalized programs for each member rather than linking a program to a specific membership would be fantastic.

Easy to use, logical interface and helpful staff. It is enjoyable and far ahead of other options I have tried.
Cons
Check-in history does not seem to be saved. Maybe if you use the front desk app it is but that adds a lot of overhead for us. Also, sometimes it seems like two waivers are signed and I am not sure why or how that happens.
