Flexible CRM that's easy to use

Pros

I really appreciate how tickets get organized and separated automatically plus the customer support team has been fantastic and they made getting started incredibly smooth and painless. What I love most is being able to handle customer support across multiple channels all from one central location. The interface is clean and friendly which makes everything easy to use.

Cons

The reporting could use some improvement especially when it comes to breaking things down by individual channels.

Excellent tool for customer support analysis

Pros

I love how clean the interface is and it makes it easy for our whole team to use without any confusion, other than that, integration with our other tools has been smooth which saves us a lot of time. What really stands out, though, is the briliant support we've received and they're always there when we need help.

Cons

I had to jump on a couple training sessions to really get the hang of things.

Clear and Easy Software

Pros

I can reach customers through email, texts, chat and phone calls, it really covers all the bases. The platform is simple to set up and use, plus their support team is qucik to respond when you need help.

Cons

The reporting functionality could definitely use some work.

Efficient WhatsApp Client Messaging Tool

Pros

It's really easy to set up and get running. The web messaging feature works smoothly and makes communication more refined.

Cons

The lack of macOS support is frustrating and I've had some issues with customer service. Also feels pricey for what youre getting.
