Pros
I really appreciate how tickets get organized and separated automatically plus the customer support team has been fantastic and they made getting started incredibly smooth and painless. What I love most is being able to handle customer support across multiple channels all from one central location. The interface is clean and friendly which makes everything easy to use.
Cons
The reporting could use some improvement especially when it comes to breaking things down by individual channels.
