Hanna CRM system is user friendly and simple to use. Plus it provides all the tools needed to streamline our business processes. And it also offers great project management options and numerous helpful reports.
Cons
Nothing that I dislike about this software. With this CRM we can manage all our business processes due to its basic integration with third-party systems.

Pros
It is already integrated with a few ERP systems which made it quick to start using. Also it is compatible with all phone types so all features can be accessed via smartphone. The ready integration with the Tasker field service management system has helped us improve our service activities.
Cons
There was no option to create an online test version so I had to wait a few hours to get the test version.

Pros
The click to call feature, email integration and custom support that is always open to new ideas are all excellent. Also they are quick to fix any issues we are facing ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Cons
The import function for leads, accounts and other data is hidden making it a bit hard to find. Additionally clients have limited options to customize the form layout, sort or hide fields and create reports which if available I feel like could be improved for more flexibility.

It is not only easy to use but it is also very user-friendly. The support is excellent and I love that I can add custom functions to make it work even better for my needs.

Pros
HannaCRM offers great functionality with an easy to use interface. Plus we can easily create multiple tasks and there are plenty of customization options to customize it to our needs.
Cons
There is a small issue right now where recurring tasks can only repeat every 30 days instead of every month. It seems to me a simple fix that could make things work better.
