The interface is very simple and easy to use which makes it simple for us to learn and navigate even for the beginners.

Cons

I have not come across any issues so far as I have been using it daily.

Works like a magician

Pros

HannaCRM offers great functionality with an easy to use interface. Plus we can easily create multiple tasks and there are plenty of customization options to customize it to our needs.

Cons

There is a small issue right now where recurring tasks can only repeat every 30 days instead of every month. It seems to me a simple fix that could make things work better.

Awesome tool

Pros

It is not only easy to use but it is also very user-friendly. The support is excellent and I love that I can add custom functions to make it work even better for my needs.

Cons

No major drawbacks that I noticed with this product. But I feel like a few small usability improvements could be made.
