“Big promises, poor execution

Pros

The Haufe 360 system offers a wide range of functions on paper with many customizable modules and an extensive partner network which is the only thing I like about it.

Cons

Well the partner system recommended by Haufe failed to implement basic functionalities. As it offered no support or goodwill when serious project issues arose. Also they rejected an extraordinary termination request despite the financial damages. The ongoing license costs are high even though the solution is unusable. Plus the system performance is outdated with long load times and slow responses.

“All about user-friendliness

Pros

What I love most about Haufe X360 is its user-friendliness, the modern interface and of course, its cloud-based nature. The interface is also user friendly, allowing you to manage even complex processes without much training and you can easily adjust smaller functions to fit your preferences. I particularly like the cross-departmental modules which provide many opportunities.

Cons

One downsideI noticed is that customizing workflows or reports often requires significant technical expertise or external support.

“Fits our needs perfectly

Pros

It is easy to use yet incredibly comprehensive. Updates come regularly and also it is customizable. Plus I like that the modular design allows access online anytime.

Cons

The amount of effort needed for setting up permissions in the system is a bit much I feel like. Additionally the Datev function is limited and the process of linking and maintaining shop connections can be quite tedious.

“Sets standards in functionality and usability

Pros

Haufe X360 is really easy to use and the global search feature makes finding anything pretty quick. Also I love that it works smoothly on any device whether it's a PC, smartphone or tablet without worrying about the operating system or screen size. On top of that it is especially great for machinery and plant manufacturers. Plus it brings everything together like CAD files, quality control and document management into one well-designed system that fits our needs perfectly.

Cons

As per my opinion Service Management area still has room for improvement in terms of functionality.

Pros

It is a flexible and easy to customize solution that gives us a lot of value for the price. Also it has made by a German company and comes with an open API which means it's easy to connect with other tools and systems. That makes it a smart choice if you need something that can grow and adapt with your business.

Cons

Sometimes help is provided in English and I noticed the roles and user permissions are quite complex.

“An advanced ERP system for smaller businesses

Pros

In my view Haufe X360 is a very mature ERP system with a modern, clean UI and plenty of customization options.

Cons

The development environment I feel like could be improved in some areas.

“Modern ERP system with great potential

Pros

The user interface is great and modern making the onboarding process much easier. What stands out to me is the flexibility in managing various business processes from accounting and inventory to project management. Also the cloud solution allows for remote work which is a huge advantage in todays world.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that some features are still not fully developed or seem a bit unfinished in the details particularly when it comes to customizing certain modules.
