“Fits our needs perfectly”
Pros
It is easy to use yet incredibly comprehensive. Updates come regularly and also it is customizable. Plus I like that the modular design allows access online anytime.
Cons
The amount of effort needed for setting up permissions in the system is a bit much I feel like. Additionally the Datev function is limited and the process of linking and maintaining shop connections can be quite tedious.

What I love most about Haufe X360 is its user-friendliness, the modern interface and of course, its cloud-based nature. The interface is also user friendly, allowing you to manage even complex processes without much training and you can easily adjust smaller functions to fit your preferences. I particularly like the cross-departmental modules which provide many opportunities.
Cons
One downsideI noticed is that customizing workflows or reports often requires significant technical expertise or external support.

Pros
The Haufe 360 system offers a wide range of functions on paper with many customizable modules and an extensive partner network which is the only thing I like about it.
Cons
Well the partner system recommended by Haufe failed to implement basic functionalities. As it offered no support or goodwill when serious project issues arose. Also they rejected an extraordinary termination request despite the financial damages. The ongoing license costs are high even though the solution is unusable. Plus the system performance is outdated with long load times and slow responses.
