“Great and Easy CRM Solution
Pros
Saving materials is super easy and the QuickBooks sync works perfectly. It's really convenient being able to connect from my phone and it runs smoothly on any computer I've used. The deadline and timeline visibility make this one of the best CRM options Ive ever tried.
Cons
Sometimes the response time is slow when I'm trying to pull up information which can be frustrating. The pricing feels high for what you get. I've run into problems connecting Google and Slack and it doesn't always work smoothly.

“Feels Overpriced
Pros
I find it super easy to set up sales teams, generate reports and sync everything with my Google Calendar.
Cons
At $39 per user,I feel like it's pretty expensive and they don't offer any bulk discounts for larger teams.

“Top notch email Marketing Features!
Pros
I love that I can access it from any browser since it's web based , super convenient. The real time updates happen instantly and the email marketing features are really solid for the price.
Cons
It would be so much easier to manage daily notifications and followup reminders if there was a mobile app. Since I use this CRM all day, having everything on my phone would make tracking metrics and staying on top of updates way more convenient.
