“Disappointing software with major issues
Pros
The tutorials helped me understand things quickly and it didn't take long for me to get used to it.
Cons
I run into bugs constantly and today I had to keep refreshing Sales Hub just to make phone calls because it wouldn't load properly. There's always something new broken, some days worse than others. Updates take forever to show up too like 15-30 seconds delayed for lists and sequence enrollments which makes me second-guess whether I actually did something right. The platform is really limited when it comes to enriching data with custom fields and using them for outreach. I've been using it for just over 2 months and already have a whole Google doc full of frustrating experiences. The little things add up when your doing repetitive prospecting nd sometimes old contacts pop up after I've finished tasks, I always have to manually switch to mobile phone numbers, unenrolled contacts still get assigned tasks and if I want to modify even a tiny detail in my sequence I have to start completely over and re enroll everyone.

“Excellent Lead Management Solution
Pros
I appreciate how it grabs UTM data and displays it in a clean, organized format. The dashboards are well-separated, making it simple to draw conclusions quickly. We've connected it with Zoho CRM and the automatic data syncing to Zoho works smoothly.
Cons
Some features need paid upgrades which can be quite costly compared to other options available.

The interface is user friendly and anyone can jump right in without training. My sales and marketing teams love how they can collaborate seamlessly and build custom pipelines while connecting all their data points together.
Cons

“My go to solution
Pros
This tool is very user friendly and the real-time engagement features work perfectly for my needs. The setup process was smooth and connecting it with my other tools happened without any hiccups. What I appreciate most is how the analytics update instantly, letting me tweak campaigns on the fly for better performance. Their support team responds quickly too and actually helps solve problems instead of just sending generic responses.
Cons
It's quite dfficutt to use when you're trying to figure out all the advanced features. Plus, it gets expensive fast especially tough for smaller companies on a budget. Sometimes it feels like there's way more functionality than I actually need which makes things unnecessarily complicated.

“Easy to use & effective
Pros
I find it incredibly easy to use and can view all my deals at once. The connection to accounts and users lets me drill down and get a macro view of company level activity, showing me who's doing what and where they're located.
Cons
It would be helpful to have some visual charts to quickly view weekly opportunities and activities, though maybe I just need to explore the interface more to find these features.

Pros
Pulling reports is very easy and I can easily see what opportunities each salesperson is handling. When team members leave or take time off, it's simple to jump in and catch up on client situations by reviewing the email threads.
Cons
We need more automation features but they come at an extra cost. The pricing escalates very fast when you start adding functionality.
