“Smooth Workflow Integration Tool”
Pros
I find it really simple to use and setting up our workflows was a lot easier than I expected. It didn't take much time or effort to connect everything which made the whole process smooth and stress free for me.
Cons
The interface feels very outdated compared to other options out there. It's not as flexible as I'd like it to be for different workflows. Also there's no way to test it out before committing to a purchase which is frustrating.

Pros
It's very simple to learn and use and integrating workflows is also very smooth.
Cons
The interface feels outdated compared to other options I've used. It's not as flexible as I'd hoped and there are limitations that make it less adaptable for different workflows. Also frustrated they don't offer a free trial, so you're basically buying blind without being able to test it first.

I had to switch between multiple tabs in the iCRM which was inconvenient.
