Pros
The onboarding process was smooth and I can check the system without any trouble plus lead management works easily with the sales pipeline and the analytics and marketing automation features really boost my productivity. Their customer support team is excellent, whenever I've reached out, they've been quick to respond and truly helpful.
Cons
Implementation can drag on for bigger companies especially when you're dealing with complicated workflows. Feature updates don't come as often as I'd like, sometimes feels like we're waiting forever for the latest tools. While it connects nicely with standard business software, I've run into some blocks when trying to integrate more specialized applications.

Pros
Working with this system has been challenging since it doesn't support multiple languages which I really need besides that customizing anything feels overwhelming and much more complicated than it should be. It's also frustrating that only admins can organize boards, leaving the rest of us waiting for them to make changes.
Cons
It really lacks a solid customer support system which becomes a real problem when you're trying to figure out features or fix issues.
