Pros
I really like the quality and user friendliness of Influx MD especially its tracking feature. Also their support team is excellent.
Cons
It occasionally runs into errors particularly when we try to integrate it with our scheduling platform, which can disrupt the workflow.

“So many issues made worse by poor customer service
Pros
We were thrilled to discover a HIPAA-compliant CRM at such an affordable price. After reading great reviews on several software sites we learned that the solution is user-friendly so we would not need much support after it is set up.
Cons
The software had some limitations when it came to customizing it to fit our processes. Also once certain fields were entered, they would become locked by the system and our users had to go through the ticketing process just to update basic field data. This was quite cumbersome especially since user errors happen often and we frequently need to edit lead data. Also the reporting features were very disappointing. As for every basic reporting need we had to submit a new ticket/request and the team only provided the bare minimum for the reports we asked for. So I strongly recommend ensuring you get all the reports you need before implementation as the team seems to be hands-off with post-launch requests.

“Perfect for healthcare professionals
Pros
A few clinical sites I worked at used Influx and it was quite helpful. And since it's HIPAA-compliant, data sharing is smooth and secure.
Cons
There were instances where the software froze and it took me some time to get used to the interface but overall it was a helpful tool.

“Fantastic software that boosts rapid business growth
Pros
InfluxMD software can be customized to fit our specific processes. There are customizable views for each agent so everyone knows exactly who they need to contact each day. Also it is very user-friendly as our whole team, whether tech-savvy or not quickly got the hang of using it. Plus the ability to communicate via text and email with leads, all captured in one place is a huge plus. The reporting features are great too and their support team is highly responsive.
Cons
Once a step is completed it is difficult to go back and make changes which can be limiting. And while we have found ways to work around this, we still run into a few exceptions. Also adding integration with our EMR system would really improve the process.
