Pros

I found out that you actually have to use weird symbols like # and % just to search for a client which makes no sense at all. And when I asked about it they told me it is totally normal. Sorry but thats just not okay. Like searching for something that basic should not be that complicated.

Cons

It is absolutely terrible. Its real name should be infonaz. As it is neither practical nor enjoyable to use. Overall it is a complete headache and a huge waste of time.

Meets our needs

Pros

One thing I like is the ability to share information between departments while still maintaining the confidentiality of files.

Cons

The inability to open multiple tabs at once is a real issue like when I want to view multiple contacts.

An adaptive CRM

Pros

Connecting it with ONAYA helps avoid doing the same data entry twice which is a big time-saver though I still need to finish setting that part up. Plus the email integration and smartphone sync work really well and I like how it brings different services across the company together in one system. On top of that their customer support and development team really know what they are doing as they are skilled and super helpful whenever you need them.

Cons

One issue is that you need to have knowledge of a programming language to analyze data and create reports.

Not worth your time or money

Pros

We use Infocob to keep all our client information in one place. But that is about it. There is nothing special about it.

Cons

There is no link with our sales management system like revenue and product tracking. We have to manually enter the data twice which increases the risk of making mistakes.

Good one

Pros

Infocob allows us to manage and centralize all the processes within the company not just customer relationships.

Cons

It is definitely time for a new version to come out as the user interface and the layout of the tabs might turn off less motivated users.
