“Fantastic for my small consulting business

Pros

As a small business owner, I handle everything. InfoFlo helps me keep track of commitments and results. It structures my days, keeping my focus on all aspects of the business. I like tying notes and tasks to individuals and projects. I really appreciate how the system links all activities to a person or project, making follow-up easy with everything in one place.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't function after my computer goes to sleep, requiring a restart.

Pros

The one-time fee, simplicity, and long-term cost are amazing. It works great without needing anything fancier. It has everything a mortgage broker needs to manage thousands of clients.

Cons

So far, no cons. Perhaps some add-ons are a bit pricey and could be included with the basic app. Nonetheless, it's still cheaper than many other CRMs on the market.

Pros

It gave us lots of flexibility in gathering information. I love choosing what information to share with our staff, so they only have what they need. The new mobile version made it even more useful. Inputting information was easy with a great mapping feature. Everything goes into a customer file with no redundancy. All emails and documents make us look well-informed because we are. The price is absolutely the best value.

Cons

The standard module could benefit from some pre-made reports.
