“Read Before You Buy!”
Pros
I haven't had a positive experience with InfoFlo yet. I've tried multiple times, and so has my team, but it's just not a good program.
Cons
The program lacks user-friendliness. Basic tasks, like assigning a sales rep to an account, are not possible. They insist on charging thousands and needing months to add this feature due to manpower shortages. Every time we try to use features, they're just not there. It feels like they lure you in for upgrades, then claim they can't deliver. Months pass without any refund discussions. Avoid at all costs!

“InfoFlo Review”

Integrating with 3CX is not feasible. Occasional glitches occur, like duplicating all contacts after a recent update.

“Fantastic Product shame about the price”
Pros
To be completely honest, it stands out as an exceptionally well-rounded product.
Cons
Integration was incredibly smooth and fast, no complaints there. However, the pricing feels a bit misleading after the trial period. The basic product is affordable but lacks significant functionality, and add-ons quickly add up.

“Good software with great price!”
Pros
This CRM software is exactly what I needed to track my contacts. The one-time price with free updates for the on-premise option appealed to me. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. It's perfect for those looking for a simple solution with the potential to be as robust as needed. You can choose the on-premise option or the online version, both supporting multiple users. Easy to navigate and set up, it's flexible to fit all needs. They also offer an extensive library of information and videos for setup and features.
Cons
If you require extensive setup assistance, there might be a slight learning curve.

“Infoflo is a fantastic product which has been instrumental in developing our business”
Pros
InfoFlo gives a complete overview of contacts, storing all their information in one place at the touch of a button. It's highly intuitive and allows custom fields to match company needs. Integrating incoming calls through InfoFlo Talk is a great tool to record all customer interactions. InfoFlo also facilitates creating workflows, tasks, and recording all customer-related activities. The customer support is excellent, always reachable by email for support and regular training. The team always tries to accommodate modification requests, making InfoFlo flexible enough to suit individual company needs.
Cons
No real drawbacks, but it would be helpful in the future to have a way to identify contacts with the same name, such as using their address or something similar.

“InfoFlo is a great contact management tool.”
Pros
It is an excellent contact management software. It's great to access a contact and see all related notes, emails, and documents. InfoFlo is a critical part of our organization.
Cons
Our InfoFlo is installed on a terminal server, causing problems, especially with scheduling appointments and using the calendar. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, we've had no success. The software also lacks robust reporting capabilities.

“Excellent CRM for Growing Business”
Pros
The software's ability to grow with our needs is crucial to our organization. We launched it to go paperless, and it helped us avoid major issues during the pandemic.
Cons
Processing speed varies depending on the time of day and the number of users accessing the system. Given the volume of data processed, this variability is understandable.

Pros
This software is very intuitive and perfectly meets my expectations. The user interface is more approachable than other platforms, enhancing my experience.
Cons
I haven't explored all the options, but if I had to mention a con, it's that the opportunity configuration doesn't allow for automatic numbering, which would be very useful.

“No Support During Paid Program Integration - No Refund After It Never Worked Fully”
Pros
I thought it would be a cheaper alternative to ACT for the functions we use, but after adding multi-user and Outlook integration, it cost the same as my annual ACT upgrade. Things worked well in single-user trial mode, so we bought the software. However, we faced issues when integrating two users and were told support would cost $149/hour. We received links to resolve our issues, but no one explained the need for a Server/Host account and Mini Client accounts. Secondary users were stuck on the trial version for over a week. Without persistence, we wouldn't have activated the paid licenses. Ultimately, it wasn't usable. My assistant spent hours on data entry that didn't carry over from ACT, and you couldn't change note dates or see information on the summary screen without clicking each note. This is the opposite of a useful CRM. I tried to get a refund but was denied. Do not waste your money on this software!
Cons
The interface looks cheap and outdated, like it was designed 15 years ago. Some parts are not intuitive to use. There's absolutely no support offered, and it seems to be managed by one person who is quite condescending. After numerous issues, we couldn't replicate the functionality from the trial version, especially those features not available during the trial. They refused a refund, citing the trial period. Due to its many shortcomings, we switched back to ACT, resulting in double expenses. Avoid purchasing this software unless you're a single user starting from scratch, it might work then.

“Ethical Issues”
Pros
The software works pretty well. I like the range of options and that there are no ongoing update fees. It syncs with Outlook okay, and I'm still reviewing QuickBooks integration.
Cons
They don't provide the necessary software to install the Quickbooks link and instead insist on selling their services for installation. When I asked, they simply said most clients don't use Quickbooks. Unlike other CRMs that provide detailed instructions for Quickbooks integration, they forced me to purchase their services to make the connection, which I find unethical. Every feature seems to be an additional module strategically packaged to force you into buying nearly all of them. What initially seemed affordable turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. Post-sale service is lacking, with no responses to emails.

“Great Features. Very Patient and Helpful Customer Service!”
Pros
The available functions, like quoting directly from InfoFlo with our logo, are great. Adding the Bulk Email function will make keeping our leads engaged much easier. Despite canceling training sessions due to a busy schedule, our trainer remained patient and eventually provided thorough training, answering all our questions. Thank you! Also, there are no monthly fees , you buy it, and it's yours! This is great for small companies like us.

“InfoFlo review”
Pros
Integration with Outlook and Gmail is a very useful feature. I can easily connect contacts with emails and tasks. I like the desktop version and the one-time purchase fee.
Cons
The project feature doesn't integrate properly with opportunities; for instance, you can't convert opportunities into projects. The categories feature is not very intuitive either. It might be better to manage leads separately from contacts.
