Read Before You Buy!

Pros

I haven't had a positive experience with InfoFlo yet. I've tried multiple times, and so has my team, but it's just not a good program.

Cons

The program lacks user-friendliness. Basic tasks, like assigning a sales rep to an account, are not possible. They insist on charging thousands and needing months to add this feature due to manpower shortages. Every time we try to use features, they're just not there. It feels like they lure you in for upgrades, then claim they can't deliver. Months pass without any refund discussions. Avoid at all costs!

The Calendar function within InfoFlo proves to be straightforward and user-friendly, allowing for intuitive scheduling and efficient management of tasks and appointments.

Cons

Integrating with 3CX is not feasible. Occasional glitches occur, like duplicating all contacts after a recent update.
