“Easy to use
Pros
Out of all the CRM systems I've used, this one's definitely one of my favorites. It's got great features and is super easy to use.
Cons
It's not the brightest or most colorful CRM system out there and I did experience a few latency issues but other than that, it worked great.

“Been using for so many years now

Storing and finding key data is very easy especially project details and contact history. I really love the LookUp options.
Cons
I haven't found many cons. The layout is very simple which gives a lot of flexibility.

“Full package offering more features & customization
Pros
It's great for mapping key opportunities, targeting profitable prospects, managing marketing campaigns and leads. The platform is highly customizable.
Cons
It could be awesome if it came bundled with ERP modules for more seamless functionality. The analytics visualization could also use some improvement.

“Ideal CRM for those new to the system
Pros
From a developer's point of view, this is the most customizable CRM I've worked with. It's not just configurable, it's customizable! The vendor was really supportive and made us feel valued as a client.
Cons
There were a few glitches and issues but nothing we couldn't work around. The syncing process wasn't great, so we ended up using Citrix instead.

“Best for CRM newbies in a training setting
Pros
It only took about a week to fully get the hang of how it works. It's great for first-time sales teams but eventually, they'll need a more flexible product.
Cons
It's kind of clunky and looks like it was made in the 80s. It's also not the most reliable since it crashes sometimes.

“Good tool!
Pros
I love the accuracy of the rating system. I don't have to worry about uprates down the road. What you see is what you get.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed and it's a minor one, is that sometimes there's a lag when switching between pages. But honestly, it's no big deal.

“Challenges with ERP integration
Pros
The Outlook integration works like a charm (if you're using PCs). You can record history, documents, new contacts and accounts directly in the CRM without leaving Outlook. But forget all of this if you're using a Mac, It doesn't support it.
Cons
Infor and Sage are marketed by Brainsell as smoothly integrated CRM but you need a third-party software, 'Starfish,' to connect them. Unfortunately, Starfish isn't very efficient and struggles with custom ERP integration.

“Very flexible solution
Pros
It's super customizable. The desktop client is responsive performance wise and its flexibility makes it a solid alternative to other cloud based CRMs that are less adjustable.
Cons
The language the desktop front end is written in could use an update C# or another .NET technology would be much better.
