“Powerful tool when properly maintained
Pros
It brings together all kinds of crucial data in one spot which makes transitions smoother when staff changes happen in our department. Having everything centralized really helps with continuity.
Cons
The interface isn't always smooth and updating the follow up page is a problem since you have to download it every time. It would be much better if Word documents could be edited directly instead of having to save and re-upload them constantly. Also frustrated that certain view modifications just aren't available.

“Promising but challenging
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible this tool is and you can tailor it to fit exactly what your business needs. Instead of being stuck with a rigid setup, it actually grows and adjusts as new requirements come up.
Cons
The graphics look pretty outdated and sometimes the system runs slow. There are too many steps required for certain procedures which gets frustrating. While there are tons of features and tools available, they're really hard to find on your own without someone from Inova walking you through everything.
