Pros
This platform has seriously helped us boost sales through WhatsApp. The multi-staff login and shared team inbox make managing everything way easier. Plus, being able to notify customers and send bulk offers directly through WhatsApp has really streamlined our whole sales and support process.
Cons
The 14 day trial sounds good on paper but they dont actually help with queries or integrations during that time. so what's the point of trying it out if you cant get proper support when you need it?

The campaign management system comes with detailed reporting and cataloging that's been incredibly useful. Through lead capture and management, I've been able to build more meaningful business relationships that actually drive results.It lets me create business requirement lists, send calendar invites for meetings and events, plus handle contact sharing and management with Google and Facebook integration. The communication side is well thought out too and mailbox integration creates automatic communication flows for our whole team. For sales reporting, the dashboards are comprehensive with solid forecasting capabilities. Features like data export, customer support systems and interaction tracking really round out the package nicely.
Cons
Honestly there aren't many major complaints but like any software, it has its quirks. Pages with lots of data can be painfully slow to load and eat up bandwidth, making it frustrating when i need information quickly.
