Excellent support tool

Pros

This platform has seriously helped us boost sales through WhatsApp. The multi-staff login and shared team inbox make managing everything way easier. Plus, being able to notify customers and send bulk offers directly through WhatsApp has really streamlined our whole sales and support process.

Cons

The 14 day trial sounds good on paper but they dont actually help with queries or integrations during that time. so what's the point of trying it out if you cant get proper support when you need it?

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it was to set up an e-commerce channel that works smoothly with WhatsApp integration.

Cons

At first, the pricing felt high for what we were getting, but once we started seeing actual revenue come in from using it, the cost makes a lot more sense now.
