“Good and simple collaboration tool
Pros
One thing I truly liked was how easy it was to collaborate with everyone and get things done smoothly.
Cons
Sometimes, getting new programs set up feels very slow.

“Best option for smaller teams
Pros
What I really like about this system is how simple it is. It's great for smaller operations that don't need all the fancy features of bigger, enterprise level platforms.. The interface feels natural to use and the automation capabilities for email campaigns, task management and organizing customers into segments work really well.
Cons
The lack of advanced customization options is definitely a drawback. While it handles the basics well enough, I'd really appreciate more flexibility when it comes to reporting and dashboard customization. The integration options with other tools are also pretty limited. Another thing that bothers me is the mobile app and it's noticeably slower than the desktop version and doesn't have all the same functionality which can be frustrating when you're trying to work on the go.

“Excellent Client Relationship Management Tool
Pros
I like how this tool makes client tracking so much more manageable. Having all customer interaction history consolidated in one place is very helpful. The detailed client profiles really enhance my ability to build stronger relationships and provide more personalized service.
Cons
The segmentation tools and sales analytics are pretty weak. I can't easily track important metrics like how quickly we respond to leads or spot sales trends. This makes it really hard to figure out if our sales strategy is working or where we need to improve our pipeline.

It works wonderfully for keeping our team organized and following up on tasks. The interface is smooth and doesn't require much training to get started.
Cons
I can't really think of anything major to complain about right now.

“Leading marketing tool!
Pros
I've been working with this sales and marketing agency and they really deliver on helping boost company revenue. What I like most is that they don't just handle the sales side, they actually teach you effective marketing strategies you can implement yourself. It's like getting both immediate results and long term knowledge transfer which has been invaluable for building our internal capabilities.
Cons
The pricing includes charges for all the work they handle for your company and while it might perform well initially, there's no guarantee your business will see long term growth with this system.

“Ideal CRM for contact management
Pros
I can track and maintain all my business relationships in one spot. Creating contacts is simple and I appreciate being able to send emails while tracking them alongside follow-up reminders for various activities.
Cons
The interface isn't the most friendly and takes some getting used to. You'll need to spend time learning the system before diving in. A cleaner, less cluttered design would definitely help, though it's not a deal-breaker.

“Reliable software!
Pros
I really like the pre written monthly newsletters and they save me so much time. The automation features are fantastic too especially being able to set up drip campaigns for past clients around their home anniversaries.
Cons
The extra costs for pro features really bother me. One of my contacts gets listing alerts but I can't see what criteria they're searching for which makes the follow-up tough. We already pay so many fees as realtors and it feels like there's always another charge for better functionality. If I skip the pro version, other agents who pay for it have an unfair advantage and it doesn't feel like a level playing field at all.

“Highly functional
Pros
The fact that it requires zero coding knowledge really stands out to me. What makes this unique is all the built in functionalities you get right away without any setup. Everything feels interactive and visually appealing which made it very easy for me to jump in as a beginner.
Cons
Its hard to find major flaws but I think adding more beginner tutorial videos would really help new users get started easier.

“Huge timer saver!
Pros
I love that it meets GDPR standards and also complies with CCPA privacy regulations. The flexible CRM system is great for tracking organizational data based on company size. It saves me from having to manually automate large volumes of data, which is a huge time saver.
Cons
The basic and intermediate plans feel kind of limiting when it comes to how many contacts you can add. If you want unlimited contact entries, you pretty much have to upgrade to the advanced or custom plans which can be frustrating.

“Powerful CRM with marketing features
Pros
The marketing features here are exactly what we needed, auto-mail, SMS notifications and theme-based updates all work seamlessly. Our sales and marketing teams can now track every communication with customers, making it much easier to create targeted proposals. Adding customer details and product preferences is simple and the automated notifications get sent at perfectly scheduled times that we can customize based on our business needs. The interconnectivity with Salesforce is solid, plus the lead automation and social media integration really give us that complete 360 degree view of our customers.
Cons
The data entry fields are just too long and there are way too many attributes to manage. I can't even delete the ones I don't need, just deactivate them which is kind of annoying. They still show up as "Inactive" on the dashboard, so I have to scroll a lot just to find what I'm looking for. I really think the support team should use a proper ticket system to keep track of issues and it'd be way more organized than what they have now. Also, the mobile version doesn't fit the screen properly and I've had a few frustrating sync issues with the social media integration.
