“Best option for smaller teams”
Pros
What I really like about this system is how simple it is. It's great for smaller operations that don't need all the fancy features of bigger, enterprise level platforms.. The interface feels natural to use and the automation capabilities for email campaigns, task management and organizing customers into segments work really well.
Cons
The lack of advanced customization options is definitely a drawback. While it handles the basics well enough, I'd really appreciate more flexibility when it comes to reporting and dashboard customization. The integration options with other tools are also pretty limited. Another thing that bothers me is the mobile app and it's noticeably slower than the desktop version and doesn't have all the same functionality which can be frustrating when you're trying to work on the go.

“Excellent Client Relationship Management Tool”
Pros
I like how this tool makes client tracking so much more manageable. Having all customer interaction history consolidated in one place is very helpful. The detailed client profiles really enhance my ability to build stronger relationships and provide more personalized service.
Cons
The segmentation tools and sales analytics are pretty weak. I can't easily track important metrics like how quickly we respond to leads or spot sales trends. This makes it really hard to figure out if our sales strategy is working or where we need to improve our pipeline.
