Pros
It is really comprehensive but super easy to learn and use. I love the unique address selection options and it gives me a quick overview of each customer relationship. It makes follow ups and customer support so much easier and the developers are quick to make improvements based on feedback.
Cons
Entering new addresses from incoming emails could definitely be more convenient. Right now, I still have to do some manual work to get everything in which could be improved to save time.

Pros
Everything works so well together, leads, customer accounts, offers, orders and invoices. The integration is very smooth.
Cons
When I try to make corrections to uploaded files in the Lead section, the program remembers the old version of the file. The problem is that it won't accept the new file when I upload it again with the same filename. I have to change the filename every time I upload a modified file for it to save, which is a issue.

“Really great program”
Pros
The best part? No need to download any apps or install anything on my computer. It automatically imports invoices and allocates them in the cash book. Client management is simple and easy and it's very affordable, making it perfect for new founders.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the Android app. There isn't one available in the PlayStore which would be nice to have for easier access on the go.

I can manage files for my customers in a really organized and efficient way. Everything is neatly stored and easy to find any document I need.
Cons
It keeps crashing sometimes and the contact book is pretty cumbersome to use. Plus, when I try to search for email content, the results are often poor and don't help me find what I need.
