Good overall but with some flaws

Pros

I love how this software gives me a complete overview of all orders, contracts and offers. It's very helpful.

Cons

When importing products, I've noticed that importing Excel files in UTF-8 format can sometimes cause errors. It's frustrating when things don't import correctly.

Pros

I can manage files for my customers in a really organized and efficient way. Everything is neatly stored and easy to find any document I need.

Cons

It keeps crashing sometimes and the contact book is pretty cumbersome to use. Plus, when I try to search for email content, the results are often poor and don't help me find what I need.
