Boosted our sales and revenue

Pros

It's very user friendly tool. The contact management tools make it simple to stay organized and the follow-up reminders along with task lists really help me stay on top of customer outreach.

Cons

The layout and setup really annoyed me. The UI could definitely use some work. That said, everything else seems solid.

Excellent CRM for Streamlined Business Tasks

Pros

I can manage all my business sales emails and set up work reminders without any hassle. The integration with other tools makes my workflow so much smoother. Having 24/7 chat support available for account customization is really helpful when I need assistance. Importing and exporting contact lists is straightforward, plus there are multiple email templates to choose from. The dashboard is customizablea and I can add or remove widgets based on what I need. Sending work reports and setting up recurring tasks for employees keeps everything organized.

Cons

I've find the file storage limits in both the basic and pro plans to be really restrictive especially when handling larger projects or needing to store more client documents. It quickly becomes an issue.

Reliable CRM

Pros

I can create task templates for anything I need which has been incredibly useful for setting up non-sales processes after signing new contracts with customers. The platform lets me prepare production templates for different users before we even purchase goods and I can automate various services throughout our workflow. It keeps everything systematic and organized, so I never miss important steps in our business processes.

Cons

When setting up a new customer or deal, the contact details don't carry over, so I end up typing everything again in each field. On top of that, the mobile app is pretty limited and it doesn't show much info and it's hard to quickly pull up details about someone I need to edit.

Solid Choice with Room to Grow

Pros

It's perfect for small businesses like ours. It gives us a central place to organize all our customer information, so we can easily keep track of calls, emails and everything else.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any real problems.

Pros

After using it for a few weeks, I've gotten the hang of navigating around and can actually remember where everything is located.

Cons

It's quite difficult to use than I expected which was frustrating since I usually pick up new software without much trouble.

Powerful Solution at Fair Cost

Pros

I appreciate how this CRM was built specifically for professional speakers. Once you get used to their terminology and layout, it becomes very easy to use. The .csv upload feature is absolutely invaluable.

Cons

The interface is clunky and I've come across several bugs that needed reporting. Although the support team is responsive, fixes take longer than I would like.

Feature Rich but Overpriced Solution

Pros

The feature set is incredible and the customization options are really impressive. I can modify which menu items show up at the top, add or remove widgets from my dashboard and even the basic plan includes unlimited contacts, companies, deals, cases, plus a comprehensive calendar with recurring tasks.

Cons

The whole thing feels disorganized which is ironic for a CRM that's supposed to help you get organized. Navigation feels confusing and random. Clicking on something often leaves me lost, with no proper back buttons or floating menus. Some features seem abandoned. I tried searching for info about their "Buckets" tab and got "We couldn't find any articles for: buckets." The Google integration is a mess too, it still calls G Suite "Google Apps," and when I tried to connect it, Google acted like this platform didn't even exist. There's a Chrome extension but good luck finding it during signup, you have to hunt for it yourself in the Chrome store. It's frustrating to get stuck on settings pages with no way back except starting over.

Affordable & functional option

Pros

I get plenty of functionality without paying the premium prices that bigger CRM brands charge.

Cons

The interface feels outdated and hasn't been refreshed in years. It gives off an old school vibe that doesn't match modern standards.

Regular Client Management Tool

Pros

I love being able to edit client CRM data remotely from home. It's incredibly convenient. Adding CSV contacts and information is simple and when I integrated my client's Excel database, the process couldn't have been smoother. The email support team deserves special mention too, they respond quickly to bug reports and always help with my questions about functionality.

Cons

The menu navigation is a real pain. My clients are constantly calling me, asking how to find things in the app. It's not user friendly at all and I often get lost myself when trying to find areas like the help center. I remember wasting too much time just trying to find something in the FAQ pages and eventually gave up and emailed support instead.
