“Terrible CRM experience overall
Pros
I gave this CRM a three month trial but couldn't find any redeeming qualities, so I ended up canceling my subscription. It's one of the most time consuming and confusing systems I've encountered that actually made my work slower.
Cons
The modules feel completely disconnected from each other, like they were thrown together without any real planning. It seems like they rushed this to market without proper testing. There are too many features scattered everywhere and it's clear the developers didn't have a cohesive vision for what they were actually building.

Pros
The modules and functions work well for managing my business operations. What really stands out is the exceptional support team and the pricing and I honestly can't believe how affordable this automation tool is compared to similar options in the market. They're delivering something truly remarkable here.
Cons
I have been using this CRM for about a year now and honestly haven't run into any major problems. There were some hiccups at the beginning, mostly just getting all the modules properly set up and the services running smoothly. Once the workflows kicked in though, everything became much easier to manage.
