Steep pricing

Pros

Customer support team has been cooperative and they're always there when I need help. I can share contact records and dashboard access with other teams which is super convenient. Setting up personal meetings or virtual calls is simple and scheduling activities is not complicated. Being able to access everything from my phone is a huge plus. Having marketing, customer management and sales all in one place has been so helpful.

Cons

The premium pricing is too high and definitely out of reach for smaller businesses. The dashboard feels complex and could use some serious improvements. Overall structure seems poorly organized and needs work. Some useful features from the old version are missing now which is frustrating. There's definitely a learning curve involved, though I'll give credit where it's due, the support team is actually really helpful. Still feels like there are quite a few areas that need attention.

Flexible and smart software

Pros

Kizen is an intuitive software that has provided so much ease for us. It tracks all our sales and progress. We really like this software.

Incredible support

Pros

I find it very user-friendly and it comes with one of the best email builders I've seen. Everything feels simple. Their customer support team is absolutely outstanding.

Cons

Being a newer platform, it lacks some of the more advanced features that would be really helpful but hopefully they're coming.

Allows for smooth communication

Pros

This CRM is seriously underrated and makes team communication effortless, whether you're working within sales or across departments. What I really appreciate is how it works on any device. I can check contact records, update dashboards, log meetings (both in-person and virtual) and schedule follow-ups from my phone, tablet or computer without missing a beat.

Cons

Can't think of any major issues right now and everything's been working exactly how I thought it would.

Pros

Our processes are very complex and this platform not only handles them smoothly but actually helps us organize everything. We're literally a thousand times more efficient now in our daily work! What impressed me most during setup was that whenever we had a requirement, the response was never "we can't do that". There was always a solution available. Sometimes it required effort on our end, sometimes on their part but it was always possible to make things work exactly how we needed them.

Cons

A bit complicated at the beginning but I think thats mainly because we're not business folks so any new platform feels overwhelming. Plus our needs are so complicated that we really have to dig deep into how everything works.

Wonderful Timeline feature

Pros

The Timeline feature in each contact record has completely changed how we operate. Every single interaction with prospects and clients gets tracked and timestamped automatically. We've eliminated duplicate work entirely.

Cons

Missing native integrations are a bit frustrating, though the team assured me they're working on it.

Saves a lot of time

Pros

Marketing Automation feature is absolutely my favorite part of this platform. It's been a huge timesaver. I'd estimate it frees up around 10-15 hours each week by automating all those tedious admin and operational tasks. What really impresses me though is how it lets me build dynamic customer experiences throughout my entire B2B sales funnel which has directly boosted my revenue.

Cons

I don't really have any major issues, though I'd love to see the Sales CRM sync Activities with my Google Calendar.

Better than competitors!

Pros

The ability to store data in multiple formats is so convenient for my workflow. This CRM outperforms competitors in asset management as it's lightning fast and user-friendly. Their customer support team is superb and always ready to help with setup questions or usage guidance.

Cons

The premium price is too much, especially for startups just getting off the ground. Scrolling between different sections can be frustrating since the dashboard layout isn't very simple. The overall platform structure feels clunky and could use some serious improvements to make it more user-friendly.

Pros

I can improve the way my campaigns are executed in a much more personalized and complete way in conjunction with my clients data, which allows me to segment my campaigns according to the needs of each client. The reporting feature is also quite great.
