I really like how I can track time and automatically invoice clients with different setups for various client types. The email templates work great for both hourly and lump sum projects, way better than Excel. The automated reminder emails are amazing too, both for following up on unpaid invoices and reminding me to bill ongoing projects.
Cons
Setting up the automations and email templates was pretty time-consuming and we had to work through quite a few bugs for different client types. Once we got past that initial hurdle though, everything's been running smoothly.

It allows us to customize everything from forms to displays to match exactly what our business needs. As we grow, I'm able to adjust the platform instead of forcing ourselves to adapt to rigid software limitations. The customer service has been absolutely spectacular too. They create custom buildouts, helpful how-to videos and check in regularly. It genuinely feels like the team wants this system to work perfectly for us in every possible way.
Cons
I wish the reporting had more flexibility. Being able to export dashboards as PDFs would make sharing with non-users so much easier. Also, I'd really like custom visualization options similar to Tableau rather than being stuck with the preset choices.

Its amazing how customizable the automation features are. They let me adjust everything to fit our member journey and sales pipeline perfectly. The flexibility with user data and processes has been a game changer. The forms work great for building walkthroughs and upkeep tasks, plus the search function makes finding things super quick. The activities dashboard is effective for tracking our KPIs too.
Cons
Sometimes it gets a bit slow when I'm running multiple tasks and I've noticed automation can fire off unexpectedly though that might be on me for not setting it up right. Also keep running into 404 errors more often than I'd like.

I get everything I need from this lead management service and then some. The automations really help me stay on top of lead status and get updates from my team without constantly checking in. The email and form builders are genuinely enjoyable to work with and whenever I need help, customer support is very responsive.
Cons
The cost can really add up when you're working with a bigger team. I've also struggled to find my way around certain settings sections on the site, took me a while to figure out where everything was though I did eventually get there.

We have been extra productive ever since we switched to Kizen. It has basically eliminated the already thin line between marketing and sales, which has made customer management a lot easier. The same customer data that we add about them under the client information can be used by both departments. This has made sure that all the contacts are now available to everyone. It also allows us to make phone calls, which makes it very simple for us to establish a healthy relationship. And we can have virtual meetings with a client anytime they did like. The dashboard in Kizen is beautifully made and makes campaign management a hassle free task.
Cons
It is without a doubt one of the most complete marketing automation packages we have ever tested. But that does come with a very steep price tag. It is very unfortunate that we have to start looking at other software since the charges are unbearable for a comparatively small business like ours. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with an unlimited budget looking for an unforgettable experience. The software will surely meet your requirements, and your expectations will definitely be upheld.

Kizen has so seamlessly merged our marketing and sales departments that we now treat them as one, which eliminates individual management needs (to an extent). It has allowed for customer management at a more advanced level since their data can be added to the database, which is then available to both departments whenever they want. The best thing is that it also allows us to make phone calls, which makes it very simple for us to establish a healthy relationship. We can also hold virtual meetings with a single person or an entire team, which is also incredible. The dashboard of this CRM is quite reliable and also allows us to keep track of the dashboards of other teams.
Cons
Kizen will cost you a lil bit more, and it might not even be feasible for small businesses to even opt for the premium plan at all. The look and feel of the dashboard could be improved to bring it up to the mark of its competitors. And the software architecture (back-end) needs several improvements.
