Loved by both the sales and marketing departments.
Pros

We have been extra productive ever since we switched to Kizen. It has basically eliminated the already thin line between marketing and sales, which has made customer management a lot easier. The same customer data that we add about them under the client information can be used by both departments. This has made sure that all the contacts are now available to everyone. It also allows us to make phone calls, which makes it very simple for us to establish a healthy relationship. And we can have virtual meetings with a client anytime theyd like. The dashboard in Kizen is beautifully made and makes campaign management a breeze.

Cons

It is without a doubt one of the most complete marketing automation packages we have ever tested. But that does come with a very steep price tag. It is very unfortunate that we have to start looking at other software since the charges are unbearable for a comparatively small business like ours. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with an unlimited budget looking for an unforgettable experience. The software will surely meet your requirements, and your expectations will definitely be upheld.

Kizen is a reliable tool for business decisions and sales management.
Pros

Kizen has so seamlessly merged our marketing and sales departments that we now treat them as one, which eliminates individual management needs (to an extent). It has allowed for customer management at a more advanced level since their data can be added to the database, which is then available to both departments whenever they want. The best thing is that it also allows us to make phone calls, which makes it very simple for us to establish a healthy relationship. We can also hold virtual meetings with a single person or an entire team, which is also incredible. The dashboard of this CRM is quite reliable and also allows us to keep track of the dashboards of other teams.

Cons

Kizen will cost you a lil bit more, and it might not even be feasible for small businesses to even opt for the premium plan at all. The look and feel of the dashboard could be improved to bring it up to the mark of its competitors. And the software architecture (back-end) needs several improvements.

Pros

The timeline that tracks all communication with individual clients is essential when dealing with many clients over an extended period of time.

Cons

There is no feature to prevent automatically overriding contact information if the email address is the same.

I can improve the way my campaigns are executed in a much more personalized and complete way in conjunction with my clients data, which allows me to segment my campaigns according to the needs of each client. The reporting feature is also quite great.
