Top notch tool, great customer service

Pros

KnowledgeOwl tool is fairly easy to use and the customer service is exceptional too. We created a template that we can reuse, this helps us to quickly set up a new knowledge base in just minutes.

Cons

My only request is to implement a way to gather and manage user feedback in a true QMS style.

User-friendly with excellent support

Pros

The product is user friendly, constantly improving and the support is simply the best. we also dont need to contact support often since the product is so user friendly but whenever we do, the response is fast and effective.

Cons

A downside is that to maintain consistent headers, footers, and page numbering, I have to display my articles using iFrames, which is necessary to keep the layout exactly as required by my team.

A very satisfactory experience

Pros

A huge thank you to the wonderful support team for being there for me every step of the way. I am especially grateful for the extended trial period which has been a game-changer while I have been building the Knowledge Hub at my own pace.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features are a bit tricky to understand and require spending time reading articles or seeking help from customer support though I found the basic features easy to use.

My personal opinion

Pros

It is easy to use, organize and manage everything else. The formatting options help keep everything neat and being able to upload files and enable PDF downloads has proven to be really helpful for us.

Cons

I feel like it would be great to have more standard reporting and analysis, while the tool does allow to create custom reports having standard metrics would save us time and guide us in knowing what to look for.

Modern docs feature and a dedicated support

Pros

KnowledgeOwl is a reliable service with lit zero interruptions and the team is pretty friendly. And they offer the most supportive customer service I have ever experienced.

Cons

Well I cannot think of anything.I have been a customer for a while and I have never had a single issue that left me unhappy.

A really Amazing software

Pros

I must say it has an amazing team that truly understands the needs of the technical writing community whether you are an individual or part of a large organization.

Cons

While its not the main focus of their platform still I do wish there were more options for single source publishing.

An effective knowledge base tool

Pros

It is very user-friendly. Especially, setting up the category and article layout was simple and it gives our customers a great experience matching the menus in our SaaS product perfectly.

Cons

Sometimes I get logged out too quickly when I am inactive in the tab. Though it is easy enough to log back in from another tab without losing any work but the timeout is a bit too fast especially when I am handling support tickets, customer calls and writing articles.

Best platform for documentation

Pros

I love that it gives me the option to edit and create my own code for various functions.

Cons

At times there are not enough final view options for eg it offers very limited menus and other features.
