Pros
I guess the interface is very user friendly which is about the only positive thing I can say about it.
Cons
What bothers me is the limited space for detailed customer information. I can't write comprehensive notes or properly manage accounts because of these restrictions. Customer support is lacking when problems arise and the frequent system outages are really inconvenient to deal with.

“Easy CRM with Great Usability”
Pros
The interface is really interactive and managing everything feels simple. I can pull up any customer profile quickly and handle all the payment processing in one place. Definitely one of the better CRM solutions I've worked with.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any real downsides to this platform.

Pros
I really appreciate how amazing this software is, it's incredibly easy to pick up and teach to others. The interface keeps things simple while still offering a wide range of functionality that lets me accomplish what I need. What really stands out is the help section which provides detailed step-by-step guidance complete with videos and visual aids that make troubleshooting easy.
Cons
I can't process same-day refunds which is frustrating when customers need immediate help. Also, once something ships, there's no way to tell if it actually got delivered without checking the shipping company's website separately.
