Very easy to use

Pros

It's very easy to use and really helpful. I find it to be a great tool.

Cons

I can't send emails or SMS to more than one person at a time which is kind of frustrating.

Effective method for matching volunteers

Pros

The workflow makes sure we don't miss any important tasks which is a big plus.

Cons

I don't really like how the data reports are presented in Excel and it's hard to work with.

My experience with Kople

Pros

Everything's pretty simple. It's well-organized, I can easily get to the stats and filtered lists. Plus I can upload documents for specific people and contact them directly through Kople. The customer support has been friendly and helpful since day one.

Cons

I haven't had any bad experiences so far, though the price could be better. Cheaper would be great (especially for nonprofits) but it's not "unfair."

Awesome service and adaptability

Pros

I really appreciate the service. They always get back to me the same day or within a few hours! I especially love how they can understand what we need and turn that into proposals for new features or projects.

Cons

Right now, the available functions don't really meet our needs. We've also had ongoing issues with basic things like the call function which has made it harder to trust and use Kople.

Really good tool!

Pros

It has made our data collection so much easier and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. The setup is really simple and the support is amazing.

Cons

Honestly, there was nothing negative about Kople for me.

Well designed functions that suit our needs

Pros

I love the integrated communication, how you can create your own workflow, and the user lists with all the filtering options. These are definitely my favorites.

Cons

The matching overview could definitely be better and it would be great to compare different candidates even more efficiently.
