“Excellent CRM solution overall
Pros
The interface feels really user friendly to me. Its designed brilliantly for building complex automations using simple tools that anyone can pick up quickly and the real strength lies in how simple everything is. The support team has been very cooperative always ready to help and going way beyond what you would expect to ensure every client gets an exceptional experience. They get that it can feel overwhelming initially and really walk you through each step to set up your account in a way that truly benefits your company. This is definitely the CRM you want.
Cons
Cant think of any real downsides. This CRM hits all the marks for simplicity and performance so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a solid solution.

“Smooth Integration Boosts Efficiency
Pros
I really appreciate having three different automation systems all working together on one platform meaning thereby they communicate with each other automatically without any manual intervention needed.
Cons
The only thing I want is even more interfaces and features though its already great.

“Reliable CRM for Personal and Client Use
Pros
This software isn't some outdated, complicated platform like so many other CRMs out there. The responsiveness and user friendly design make everything so much easier to use. The project boards are by far my favorite feature. They remind me of the Excel spreadsheets I used before but now everythings fully integrated into the system with tons of automation options.
Cons
I'd have to really think hard to come up with complaints. This system handles pretty much everything exceptionally well.

Pros
I like their customer service. They are responsive and helpful when I need support. The software works well for our IT needs and has been reliable overall.
Cons
The login screen could definitely use some improvement. Its not the most userfriendly experience when youre trying to get started.
