Works fine for us

Pros

Managing leads is simple and the data entry process is flexible and easy to adjust. Also the software integrated smoothly into our business operations making everything run more efficiently.

Cons

Everything seems fine as we come across no issues so far but it would be great if they could implement a two-step verification process. As that way it would be much harder for anyone to hack into your data.

Helps us make better choices

Pros

Kreato provides all the tools we need to boost productivity. It has transformed the way we track and retrieve information as well as how we visualize our pipeline. We have become much more data-driven. Let me tell you that having a CRM with integrated sales acceleration like this is important for us and now I can clearly see how our sales strategy has evolved successfully.

Cons

In my opinion the quote generation feature could be improved further.

Highly customizable CRM

Pros

It is affordably priced and comes with essential plug and play integration apps. The onboarding process was also quick and easy. Plys the user friendly user interface made it simple to navigate. The inbuilt step by step video tutorials helped us set up the CRM on our own and we were able to customize it as needed within a couple of days.

Cons

Nothing to major to share but I think there is potential for adding more external integrations.

Makes a huge difference

Pros

I really like the ease of use of this CRM. Also it is very simple to work with and easy to modify to meet our needs.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that it makes me more reliant on it.
