Pros
I really appreciate that there's no limit on users and the way leads are organized with the hierarchy management works well for our team. They keep rolling out useful updates regularly like the WhatsApp integration they added recently. The reporting system gives us great visibility into what everyone's doing each day and those task reminders have definitely helped boost our sales performance.
Cons
The extra costs for the target vs goals features and other add-ons can really start to add up.

The cost effectiveness really stands out to me and it's budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. I find the interface incredibly user-friendly, making daily tasks much smoother. What impressed me most was how smoothly it integrates with multiple marketplaces. My team's productivity has definitely increased since we started using this tool. Lead management became so much easier, everything flows more naturally now. There are tons of features packed in that I'm still discovering. Customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help. The implementation timeline was surprisingly short which got us up and running quickly.
Cons
