Solid tool with room for growth

Pros

I really appreciate that there's no limit on users and the way leads are organized with the hierarchy management works well for our team. They keep rolling out useful updates regularly like the WhatsApp integration they added recently. The reporting system gives us great visibility into what everyone's doing each day and those task reminders have definitely helped boost our sales performance.

Cons

The extra costs for the target vs goals features and other add-ons can really start to add up.

Great CRM with Integration Gaps

Pros

It's really easy to use, plus the customization options let me tailor everything to our specific workflow. The automation features have been a game changer for streamlining our sales pipeline and keeping the team more productive.

Cons

Mobile app isn't as user friendly as I'd like and there are some advanced features that just aren't there. Integration options are pretty limited too which can be frustrating when you're trying to connect with other tools.

Pros

The interface is really interactive to work with and I appreciate how much I can customize everything to fit our workflow. The automation features save me tons of time on repetitive tasks and the reporting gives me exactly the insights I need to track performance.

Cons

The integration options could be more robust for advanced needs and I've run into some bugs after software updates that can be frustrating to deal with.

Pros

Cons

Affordable & easy to use

Pros

The cost effectiveness really stands out to me and it's budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. I find the interface incredibly user-friendly, making daily tasks much smoother. What impressed me most was how smoothly it integrates with multiple marketplaces. My team's productivity has definitely increased since we started using this tool. Lead management became so much easier, everything flows more naturally now. There are tons of features packed in that I'm still discovering. Customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help. The implementation timeline was surprisingly short which got us up and running quickly.

Sometimes I run into minor technical issues that can be very frustrating.
