Lab Event software is very well designed. I especially like the billing feature.

Cons

I cannot provide feedback just yet since I have only recently started using it.

Everything is connected as our locations are linked to the specific products we have at each venue. It makes it really easy to keep track of where things are and manage inventory without any confusion.

Cons

No issues so far but perhaps an event form could be a bit shorter.

Pros

This client management tool helps me organize my events quickly. Also it is simple to use and saves me a lot of time.

Cons

The tool might be a bit too detailed but we quickly get used to it.

Pros

It is fast, simple and really easy to use. The design is also user friendly and the database of venues is super detailed and helpful. Even the standard version comes packed with features so you can start using it right away without needing much customization. It basically has everything we need right out of the box.

Cons

I have not really noticed any weaknesses.

The customer follow up feature is the best. As it is great to be able to see at a glance what I have proposed and track all interactions with the client.

Cons

It is unfortunate that we cannot request a quote directly from the product page.
